Kevin Sexton, MD joins as strategic advisor

Yeji X announced that Kevin W. Sexton, MD — Professor of Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a serial healthcare entrepreneur — has joined as a strategic advisor.

Dr. Sexton previously built EHR-integrated software for predicting post-surgical complications and a vital-waveform-based patient monitoring device, both of which he successfully commercialized, including licensing and sale to Fortune 500 companies.

With Dr. Sexton on board, Yeji X is moving forward on U.S. clinical validation and commercialization of its core readmission-risk pipeline.
